Pinot Gris 2006, Late harvest

The unique atmosphere of Pálava region, which combines work and steps of our ancestors with heat and ease of the sun reflecting on the white rocks and coincidently going down to the grapevine, creates and individual, almost Mediterranean character of the wine.

Pinot Gris

Enological cuvée from the vineyards of Valtice and U Božích muk addresses you with the scent of bread crust, typical for dry pinot wines. Naturally it is followed by a fresh extract and massive taste with a great mineral tone from Pálava vineyard. The wine is presumed for a positive and long-term aging in the bottle. It is recommended to rabbit, venison or fallow deer meat and to the cheese with blue mould.
