Pinot blanc 2010, Late harvest

Many years of experience have taught us how to work only with varieties, which enable to use the specific character of present vineyards the best and transfer it into the wine. The greatest care in the whole vegetation circle of grapevine, from January till the autumn harvest, is taken for granted.

Pinot blanc

Last 200 bottles!

Very floral and elegant scent of orange and meadow flowers with honey tone. It prefigures full and structured taste with extensive, quite rarely minerality with salty impact and a long aftertaste. The wine it has a disposition to long aging. The positive development of tertiary bouquet, owing to aging in a bottle, is expected. It is typical wine to asparagus, where the massive salty minerality emphasizes and supports its taste.
