Pinot Blanc 2007, Late harvest

Many years of experience have taught us how to work only with varieties, which enable to use the specific character of present vineyards the best and transfer it into the wine. The greatest care in the whole vegetation circle of grapevine, from January till the autumn harvest, is taken for granted

Pinot Blanc

We´re sorry, the wine has sold out.

Very flowery and elegant scent of orange and meadow flowers with a honey tone prefigures a full structured taste with a distinctive and totally exceptional minerality with salty impression and a long aftertaste. Wine has a disposition to a long aging. The positive development of tertiary bouquet is expected during the aging in a bottle. It is typical wine to asparagus, where exactly the massive salty minerality emphasizes and supports its taste.
