Preparation for Spielberk food festival

Many years of experience have taught us how to work only with varieties, which enable to use the specific character of present vineyards the best and transfer it into the wine. The greatest care in the whole vegetation circle of grapevine, from January till the autumn harvest, is taken for granted

For the forthcoming Spielberk food festival we prepared, together with our partner – the restaurant SUNSET in Brno, very much and responsibly. To make already first-class menu even better, we matched particular dishes with our beautiful wines. I have to admit that the afternoon in the restaurant SUNSET was wonderful and inspiring.
